Your myFinance Everyday Loyalty system earns POINT for EVERY DOLLAR you or your associates spend and lets them redeem their points on future needs. Food, beverages, room stays or rentals... any time they spend a dollar in our financial network partner’s services or products, you earn a point towards your future need. It is a simple and rewarding way for us to thank you for your loyalty. Rules and conditions for the “myFinance Everyday loyalty program” For Customer and Affiliate Partner Accumulating points It will occur for each network-active member, by adding up all the points awarded on each issued or paid invoice belonging to that account. Moreover, myFinance offers affiliate partners additional points for using the added value service isoft CRM manager system to generate their business. The added value services and the number of points awarded for which additional points will be awarded are subject to change. These changes will be notified to the members. The points will be awarded to the members who meet cumulatively the following conditions:

Using the points The accumulated points may only be spent within the validity period before the expired of the loyalty points by the account holder. In case the stock of services or products for redemption is out, efinancialpartner House reserves the right to replace the services or products with another one of a lower, equal or higher value. The loyalty points can not be transferred to another person and can not be exchanged for money. All points may be redeemed in accordance with the published Loyalty Point Redemption Program and various special offers published to members. Points are non-redeemable for cash. Points are non-transferable to other accounts without the expressed permission of the Company. Points redemption offers involving "third parties" [non efinancialpartner House products/services] must be redeemed in accordance with the published conditions of said offers/specials. Communications will be conducted to members via direct mailing, email messaging and/or direct calls by efinancialpartner House representatives. If the membership cards being issued, this will be remain the property of efinancialpartner House and may be reclaimed at any time Efinancialpartner.com House reserves the right to alter/change and cancel the myFinance Everyday Loyalty Program at any time. In the event of program cancellation, a minimum of six (6) months notice will be provided to members and a minimum of six (6) months will be provided for members to redeem any accumulated points. The Company reserves the right to identify and contact program partners for the mutual benefit of the members and efinancialpartner House. The information requested is to be used solely by efinancialpartner House and the host suppliers - MerchantCard Acceptance to complete an account for the member of the MyFinance Everyday Loyalty Program. This information will be used for communication between efinancialpartner House and the member for the Loyalty Points program account and for the communication of any special promotions or changes to this member program. Validity of the loyalty points The validity of the loyalty points expires 36 months after they have been awarded. Password The password is the identification and safety element. Efinancialpartner.com House disclaims all responsibility in case the identification information of the person stated as authorized person is given to a third person and used by him/her. Detailing of the redemption Detailing the points spending operations and redemption will be done upon the request of the account holder. The details of the operations will be sent to the invoicing address as needed. Starting with the second detailing requested for the same month, the operation will be charged with USD 3. The month for which the details of the operations are issued includes the invoicing month; the issue will only occur if the customer has carried over at least 1000 loyalty points or the company may review from time to time. Complaints of the customers Any complaints of the customers concerning the points spending must made be in writing and sent to efinancialpartner House within 2 months from the date at which the invoice with the challenged operations has been issued. Each complaint must include the relevant operations. The written complaints sent to efinancialpartner House will receive an answer within one month from the date at which they have been received. The Company is not responsible to the posting failure. In case the complaint is rejected, efinancialpartner House will provide a written justification concerning the reasons of the rejection. Duration of the program The program myFinance Everyday has not a firm duration and it can be finished at any moment, with no prior notification. Efinancialpartner.com House has the rights to modify or to give up the benefits currently offered to its customers. For Affiliate Partner Only For those who signed up as an affiliate partner account, an annual subscription fees amounting USD 236 (RM 898) will be charged for using isoft CRM manager system and other financial utilities tools to generate business upon the affiliate partner’s loyalty account had accumulated 898 points throughout the integration loyalty points program. The deduction of loyalty points will be in two phases as (1 st phase) amounting USD 104 (RM 398) = 398 points and (2 nd phase) amounting USD 131 (RM 500) = 500 points. No upfront cash needed. We are awarding your effort in working as a loyal business partner with us. If the accumulated loyalty points are insufficient for subscribing the products and services, the system will automatically deduct whatever point’s in hand in annual year basic and the remaining balance will be deducted upon sufficient loyalty points. The affiliate partner cannot redeem other products or services before redeem the subscription of isoft CRM Manager and other financial utilities tools by annual year basic.
